Console players will have a HorrorVale to call their own when HorrorVale: Deadluxe Edition launches for PS5, Xbox and Switch. The horror RPG, previously available on PC, is making the jump to consoles just in time for the spooky season, with a release set for this Halloween.

The game drops players into a strange and unsettling world filled with monsters, mysteries and turn-based battles. It blends classic RPG mechanics with a heavy dose of horror atmosphere, drawing on retro visuals and a moody soundtrack to create a sense of dread around every corner. The Deadluxe Edition is described as the definitive version of the game, packing in all previously released content along with new features tailored for console play.

A new trailer accompanied the announcement, offering a look at the game's eerie environments, grotesque enemy designs and the cast of characters players will meet during their journey. The footage leans into the game's dark humor and unsettling tone, giving a clear sense of what console audiences can expect when the title arrives.

The move to consoles opens the game up to a much wider audience, and the Halloween launch window seems like a natural fit for a title built around creepy creatures and grim adventures. Players who have been waiting to experience the RPG from the comfort of their couch will not have much longer to wait. HorrorVale: Deadluxe Edition is set to arrive on PS5, Xbox and Switch this Halloween.
