Exploring Family Gaming: Our Year of Trials and Triumphs

In the past year, we embarked on an exciting journey through the world of video games, sharing the experience with my kids. Together, we explored a total of 48 different titles, each offering a unique adventure. However, despite our enthusiasm, not many of these games managed to capture our collective interest for long.

From colorful platformers to engaging puzzle games, we tried a variety of genres. Some games were met with laughter and joy, while others quickly faded into the background, unable to hold our attention. The challenge of finding games that appealed to both kids and adults proved to be more difficult than anticipated.

In addition to our family gaming sessions, I also indulged in 86 titles on my own. These solo adventures allowed me to delve deeper into complex narratives and intricate gameplay mechanics. While I enjoyed the freedom of solo gaming, nothing quite matched the joy of sharing laughter and excitement with my children. Overall, it was a year filled with exploration, learning, and memorable moments in the realm of gaming.
